Ok, the little temperature readout on my 97 reads 0°C and wont change. The compass still works. I just had to replace the front bumper because I hit a deer, It worked after I hit the deer, but I noticed it not working after I put it back together. I dont know if that matters. Help me out. Thanks,

The temp sensor is to the drivers side of the radiator behind the grill. Pretty easy to pick it out, it's the only thing in that area. Sounds like the sensor or it's wiring may have been damaged in the hit. I don't recall a connector for it that may have become disconnected but could be wrong.

Went out and looked at my '95 for you, yours should be the same. The sensor is about 3"- 4" below the bottom left corner of the driver's side headlight on the radiator mount. Has a one bolt bracket holding it down. Looks like a bear to get at, may have to remove the headlight assembly unless you have small arms. It does have a red connector right on the sensor. The connector you found by the horns was probably for factory fog lights.

Ah, it is that connector by the horns, and that was that little black plastic thing I found in the driveway and threw away! Well i got it out of the trash and it works again! Thanks guys, again... couldn't have figured it out without ya's.
