There is now doubt that ultimately it is necessary to go to a p pump to get more performance, but I think people are sometimes a bit quick to try and make the jump. A VP 44 properly set up with the supporting systems can make some descent power and pretty impressive performance.

We set this truck up to make power on nitrous not just diesel, I would have gone a different route on the setup for a straight #2 truck.
