What time zone is the TDR in?

What time zone is it in?... Europe? Whatever it is isn't in this country. I made a post at 12:06pm and it shows that I made it at 8:06pm. This post is going in at 12:09pm,so see what it shows... .

The clock is based on GMT time (which is in England). If you click on user cp in the upper right hand corner and then click on user options you can set what time zone you're in and the times will read correct for where you are. Kinda neat, huh? By using that system everyone no matter where they are in the world can have a correct clock.
