If we kill him, then he will become a martyr with many that want to take his place. If we capture him and put him on trial, there will be constant terrorist attempts to free him with innocent hostages etc.

Send in the very best of the special forces, capture him and take him to a hospital. Perform a full sex change operation, turning him into a woman. Then release him back to the Taliban rulers in Afganistan where women are so ill regarded.

After the week has passed, put his head and body in a coffin surrounded with slaughtered pig remains (blood and guts. ) Then, drop this coffin into downtown Kabul from a B-52 flying at 30,000 feet. I really don't understand how he live with himself after taking so many lives. Is it because he doesn't know his victims? I'd like to see him meet every victim's family and find out who these people really are.
