What to Expect with B 370 Injectors

I'm considering the B 370 injectors. Piers has a terrific buy this month. I'm still new enough to this forum that I'm not sure what I would gain by going to the bigger injectors. Please look at my signature and offer any thoughts you have. Also, I'm curious if I would need to do other mods. to make good use of the injectors. Thanks

The 370s will add a nice gain in power. They will produce alot more smoke that your curent set up. A set of delivery valves would be recomended with the 160 hp pump like yours, Because with the 370 in your truck you will have a stumble at 1200 rpm that is noticible and irritating but still drivable. You will need to keep a closer eye on the egt gauge also.

About an 80HP? increase over the OEM injectors. Like Adam said, you'll need delivery valves to really make the new injectors perform. Also your pump is notorious for that off idle stumble, rough spot, flat spot. Add the auto trans and its even worse. Piers can hook you up with a set of 191 DV's. The 370's installed alone will really make the stumble noticable.

I don't know the H. P. numbers form that #5 but I bet with a set of 370 it will rock you world, just don't do it without an EGT guage in plate cause it's going to be hot.
