First haul with Jacobs ebrake

Anyone have any experiance with Econoline trailers (econolinetrailer.com)? They have an extensive line of tilt deck trailers in gooseneck or bumper pull, deckover or between the wheel configurations.

Well, I finally got around to weighing the Blazer today. 5680 lbs, with >1/4 tank of gas, no rear seat, and no one in it. Looks like I definitly need a 10,000 lb. unit. Been to look at a few used ones, but nothing good yet. From the ads, it sure looks like new trailers are a lot cheaper in Oklahoma than they are here?

I looked at trailers built by Dardon at the rv show. They're at 58th and about a block east of Franklin. They were very high quality! Craig

Went and looked at a bunch of trailer lots today between Denver and Greely. B-line can build what I want for $2200. I also found a slightly used Diamond T that is a bit nicer for $1900 that I'm leaning towards. It has the beefier fenders and the big jack on the front, an 83" wide deck, and four wheel brakes. Now I just need to buy a brake controller and a 2-5/16 ball.

Bought the Diamond T that I looked at the other day. Seems to tow pretty good, they adjusted the brakes and bearings before I picked it up this morning. Gonna do a little touch up paint over the weekend, and reinforce the fenders (or find a way to make them removeable) to facilitate driving over them. Waiting on straps in the mail. Wish I didn't have to store it 40 minutes from my house, though.
