What turbo for the cummins makes the most turbo whine?

If your looking for whine, Go to the Ford forums. :-laf That all depends. Whine on the intake side or exhaust side. Either way, that is usually a product of the intake or ex systems. My 93 has a HX-35, Silencer ring off with a BHAF and strait pipe stack. Mucho whisle.

There is a Furd not to far from me and you can his turbo from 50yds or better and thats at idle. When he touches the go pedal the whine is incredible and by the way its not coming outta the exhaust side. The HX35 is loud but I would like to have more whistle myself.

My choice is a SPS66 or Silver Bullet from Industrial Injection

Lethal - I have Industrial Injections SPS66 with an AFE Stage 1 open air box and it's loud enough that a semi pulled up along side me at a traffic light in North Georgia and told me that he thought I had my turbo clamps coming loose and to get them checked. I said no worry it's OK, I'll show you when the light turns green. Then let him get ahead, (he's on my right side next to the turbo and airbox). I turned the fuel up and let her go. He flashed his lights and gave me a thumbs up.

I have been leaning towards the silver bullet. dont know much about the ats turbos and have thought about twins.

The Stage III Garrett BB turbo (Powermax) I have is Loud when it is goin' That's for sure.

I would settle for the stock power that you lot have without the enhancments!!! For that would be soooooooo nice. This gutless wonder is driving me to HATE it more and more every day that I have to suffer with it. It will be fall that I will or should be able to order a different truck, one with power this time. MEOW.

The silver bullet has more of a flutterly whirl sound when it starts up. Kind of neat. Kind of spendy though. Don't know if I would classify it as loud though
