What type of antifreeze?

I 've had my truck a month and want to change the antifreeze. Is there any specific brands for CTD's. I don't want to make any mistakes.

1992 D250 extended cab all stock. 151,000 miles.

Thanks for the reply Ramaz. One last ??. Does it come pre mixed or will I have to mix with water. Can I use distilled water? Our tap water will cement up radiators.

I use Zerex antifreeze, mix it with distilled water and change it every 24,000 miles. At 145,000 the radiator still looks like new.

Coolant sounds like good stuff and price not bad for never having to replace. Did you change your pressure cap?
