I have three BBQ pits and one smoker that I use. A small pit a welder friend made for me from 8" pipe, cooks T-bones, and rib-eye perfectly. Nice grill marks on the outside and pink in the middle. A gas grill, and a pit from 14" pipe. I am on my second Brinkman smoker. I love smoked meat. I am always looking for something better. What do you use.
