MSRP was $42,590.

invoice, minus rebate, plus TT&L came to $38,120 out the door

36k even out the door in So Cal with the 8/85,000, tax title, lic, and dealer fees. truck is NICELY equiped or almost fully loaded. sticker was 41k. i got it right before the 05's stated comming out. i think with the 06's comming out now you could get a smoking deal on a 05.

16 to 17 % below MSRP is good start at 19 to 20% below with dealer you can always go up.
