I won't argue that Toyota, their vehicles, and their dealers have problems from time to time. However, all of the customer satisfaction scores put Toyota and Honda way above Dodge. There is an obvious reason for this! They - on an average - understand the importance of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
You will not find one survey result that lists Dodge above these leaders. Unfortunately, as was just mentioned, these two companies don't offer vehicles with the capacity of our trucks, and who knows if they ever will. Until that time, if we need or want these full-sized trucks, we will have to suffer with poor quality and poor service (on average, as the surveys show).
And when Toyota and Honda do get into the full-sized market, they will raise the bar considerably, and the so-called domestics (who probably assemble more vehicles on foreign soil than the so-called import companies) will either have to step it up, accept 3rd thru 5th place in the truck market, or fail altogether.
