I stand corrected on the number but then again I didn't guess. Good number how ever. How did all the other trucks dyno? Did your truck smoke at all? Let us know specifics when you get back. Sounds FUN.

1st run TST LEVEL 6x5, BDDL 90hp, TS 3% on

526. 5hp 977. 1 torque

2nd run TST Level 7x5, BDDL 90hp, TS 3%

521. 9hp 972. 6 torque

3rd run TST Level 5x5, BDDL 90hp, TS 3%

522. 3hp 970. 8 torque



I am really happy with the numbers!!

I personally expected about 520hp... I was also telling people several days before the dyno runs that I was conservatively expecting 520hp.



I just wanted to break 500hp at the ground with stock injectors and one turbo!



Mission accomplished... .



Now I need more fuel!! :-laf :-laf

I should have used the word estimate instead of guess. I believe the turbo would supply more than enough air to make more HP, but the fuel volume and pressure set-up from the injection pump is sooo critical on making good numbers.

what transmission do you have? if a 6 speed is it all factory? i know if its an auto its got a couple mod in it just to let it live through a dyno and that much power...



i have an 04. 5 and my eventual goal will be 1000 Lbs Feet of torque... .



just currious if the clutch you have (ifya have one) is holding up.

Stock 6 speed for now.

I have a South Bend Dual Disc clutch.

Only on purpose when Sled Pulling.

Fully engaged Dual Discs do no slip.

I could smell mine just for a split second at the end of my pull this weekend, it was a real sticky clay track and it was working the truck. Do you think the stink was from the initial take off?

Justin was first on the rollers Friday, and held top HP way into Saturday. The Phat Shaft 66 spooled awesome on the rollers. Guys this is a great turbo!!!
