What would the USA say if the situation was reversed in Zimbabwe

The Majority Blacks in Zimbabwe are taking the Minority White farmers land and threatening to kill them if they don't leave. What would be the reaction of our Government and Civil Rights groups in the USA if the colors were reversed? Why can't human beings be color blind?

This whole system of ours is hypocritical. I see it every day, and it pi$$es me off. The only thing we can do is to be vocal, but not appear racial. Then vote like hell to boot all the liberal(democrat) politicians out of office. Also, we need to find a way to limit the A. C. L. U. and like tree hugging groups.

Not to offend our members from California, but, it seems to me that the moral decay is the worse in California. Maybe we just need a good earthquake along the San Andreas fault, and have the land from the West of it just sluff off into the Pacific.

Its times like this i wish people truly were color blind. Or at least race meant nothing. It took me 5 years longer then it should have top get my engineers job as i was told point blank "We have to hire so many minorities to fill a quota, you are not a minority" This is totally wrong, and to me it seems people are taking this to far. We have several black employees who anytime they get into trouble, the first thing they say is "Its because im black". I wish people would shutup with the racial stuff, both balck and white.

I do see that there are still alot of racists employers and sometimes people truly are picked because of there race and i agree that is not right. But it seems more and more that its used as a tool. Just my 2c

We didn't do I TRIED TO BY-PASS THE CUSSING FILTER when they did it in South Africa, think they would start now? I know, people are going to say "what about the trade sanctions", look at well it works for Iraq and Cuba, they just political moves, don't acheive squat!



We didn't do squat either in Rwanda, Ethiopia, Senegal the list goes on. Just when we started to do some good in Somalia, slick Willie got us out and made damn sure that those guys died for nothin'. They have no oil or nothing we can use for that matter so they're screwded!



But we can't blame just the goverment either, everybody wants "us" to do something in every $hithole in the world but when the first body bag comes home, "we" start crying GET THEM OUT OF THERE!



Stoping human rights abuse is paid for in blood and I'm sorry to say the american public don't want to pony up. We want to do the right thing but we're not willing to pay the price if we don't have a direct interest in the matter, and most of the time that means money.



Now I' not saying send our guys to get killed for some farm land in whatever hole in Africa, I'm just saying that our track record at stoping human rights abuse is schetchy at best.
