What year trucks did not have cats installed?

Can someone tell me what year trucks did not have a cat installed from the factory? I know the first gens didn't have them but was wondering about the rest?

Mine didn't, 03 SO. My old 96 12 valve had one though.

The 24 valve engines did not have them till 04. 5. The ealier CA trucks might have had them, but I don't know one way or the other.
