Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) What year trucks will an NV5600 fit?

I have an NV5600 I listed in the classified here. And I had someone email me asking what all years of trucks it will work with. And I don't know the answer. I know it came out of a 2001. And I assume it works with all the 24V engines. But I don't know about 12V. Anyone else know???

I would imagine it would adapt to ANY year Cummins in the Dodge - if you want to go thru the adapting process - there's a fella on this board who did a DANDY job putting one in his first generation truck - pics and everything - try a search, or maybe someone has a pointer handy...

The 6-speed was available in the 2000 model year with the standard output motor. I have one with 102,000+ miles. Of course it is not standard now..... added EZ and DDII's awhile back. I have a 2004. 5 on order and I truely hope I do regret the upgrade. The biggest problem with mine now is that I really need a 3500 chassis and the brakes on the 2000 suck bigtime. The 2004. 5 had mucho mucho better brakes.

i got a 95 with a six speed. besides the driveshafts no problems. what do you want for the 6 speed?

I'm asking $1500 for the transmission. It has 25,000 miles on it. I also have a 6 speed flywheel and adapter plate for converting from a 5 speed to 6 speed listed for $350. 00

Any one know of a good shop that does a transmission swap from an auto to a 6 speed for a 2000? thanks
