Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) What's a 97 xcab 4x4 5 sp worth?

OK, I hate these types of threads too, but I've been thinking of going back to a 2nd gen ever since I drove a 97 that had just a banks plate, exhaust housing and straight pipe. I found a 97 xcab 4x4 5 sp SLT w/ no gooseneck or 5th wheel, and 245k. All stock. What do you guys think its worth? It's pretty clean. I'm just itching to make some power w/ one of these...

Auto trader type mag last week, I saw one for just over 9K in Southern CA.

There was one here in NM identical to that, with 135K on the clock, about a month ago. Owner was asking 9500$, and he got it. All it needed was paint on the hood.



Dunno if that helps, but I thought it was worth mentioning...

Just for reference, I bought mine last year for $9800. it came with pretty much all the items listed in my sig and was a one owner.
