What's a good 30"+ chain saw?

Stihl or Huskavarna are the only choices. I have an 044 Stihl and a small Husky for limbing. Probably the 066 Stihl would be your best bet. All of the top of the line Stihl's are made in Germany and they are over-engineered like many of their cars. Yeah, they may be more expensive than the "Home Depot" brands, but, you get what you pay for.
