Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) what's a plate do?

ive been a member for a while. but havent had the funds to bomb. when people say slide the plate back, or forward, where is it located? how far should i move a stock plate with the stock exaust?

Go to www.tstproducts.com and read the info for the 94-98 power kit. You will find answers to some of your questions.

Moving the plate forward will increase fueling across the board and could get you into trouble with high egts. It would be best to have an egt gauge if you start down the increased fueling path.
