2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission what's a rear bumper, hitch and license setup worth

just welded up a better rear bumper out of 1/4 plate ...



kinda like a roll pan only it weighs 100 lbs ... yep i weighed it



anywho ... gonna tie the trailer hitch into the frame and was gettin' ready just to torch the side plates off the factory one and the wife looked at me and "how much is that gonna cost me?" :-laf





so i thought i'd ask



torch it or sell the whole shebang?



what's the whole pile worth?

When I was rear ended a few years ago and still had the factory rear bumper, the insurance listed it as a $285 dollar item. Don't know if that included the mounts etc.

I just reread your post and saw you are asking about the hitch cost as well, so that adds even more than what I listed before.

I would guess a good clean bumper and hitch oughta be worth 300+$ or so.
