i have had this happen a couple of time and dont know what going on.

for examp;e of i have the truck set to kill, dump the clutch fry tires to redline grab 3rd fry them to redline again and back out of it and push the clutch in really fast it will fall to 3-400 rpm and shoot up to 1000 rpm and usually back to idle then. or if im doin one to those high speed runs to a 100 mph and back out of it fast and cost down a ways then push the clutch in it does the same.

any body fill me in on this? the truck runs great, id just like to know?

Yu might try the spring bottoming test. Just pull of the road a little and see if you loose control and all the springs bottom out. if so, its cause yer tryin to go faster than the truck is built to go.

I'm not sure what it is but my tuck does it to. One time it even died when I had to push in the clutch because a light turned red when I was all over it. If I had to guess I would have to say its something to do with all that fuel and timing being retard all at once. The just computer cant keep up. But I'm sure it's way more complicated than that. i have come to the conclusions its with the comp on 5x5, or at least hight than 2x2 that i always run at. are the big sticks doing it? timimg?

mine will do that too if im not careful. it even embarrased me in front of some high school punks! got all into it, let off the fuel to turn onto the next street, and blugh, dead... :{ it was kinda tuff to get it started, too. i think its something with the timing.

thats always the worst. i would say its the . 093 lines and tubes with yours. i heard that they wont idle or will cause the motor to die when you let off.

well at least im not he only one who has the problem. i know some one out the has an answer though.

ya, thats true, but i somewhat fixed the problem with the idling, i just adjusted the throttle like you would on an old carburator. it has a slight lope whenever it warms up, and if i can keep myself from totally flogging on it and letting off, it doesnt die on me now. but even before the lines, it would die out on me after floggin the fuel.

i believe it's the bigger injectors that causes the stall. Mine will do it from time to time except mine won't stall, the rpm's fall real low and then pick back up. I believe I also read on here that someone also posted the same problem and it was determined the bigger injectors will do it.

Mine Dose it Too, Just tap the fuel when you come out of it , make sure you dont overfuel and vapor lock, it may not start back without either. Try not to fuel hard without having room to leave it in gear and some run room to get rid of the excess fuel! If it dose die, Olee says the best thing to do is pop the clutch (manual Duh) and refire the truck, I've killed mine three times this week, i think the cold weather makes it worse

i was just reading your post sounds the same. i haven't killed i yet though, but the mach 6's arent in yet. i guess ill prolly be playing with the go pedal when i push the clutch in after a pull.

Yep, same here. I'm sure it's the bigger injectors. Mine won't stall though, just drops a few hundred rpm, then surge a bit. Right after some manuvering, backing a trailer or something, you know playing with the throttle. Never have a problem after high fueling though. Just moderate throttle moments at low speeds.
