ATV Polaris 700 EFI?

Need Help, How to move a gun safe???

Alright, some of us TDR members have some unusual user names . What is the meaning of your nickname/user name, or how did you come up with it? I can think of a few, I will use as an example : CATCRACKER, LONCRAY, GREENLEAF. . etc. What does your user name mean? If there is a story behind it, please go ahead and lets hear it.

As for myself, the user name GIT-R-DONE fit the wife and myself to a "T" . We always found ourselves saying that to the kids and friends so we decided to ( after watching th comedy show ) name the truck after it. After all, don't we all have a little redneck in us all?

Sometimes when I am going down the road (apparently slow)..... one of the kids will yell out "YAAH MULE" which is my cue to hit the go pedal and they watch the smoke come out the stacks. Kinda cool to have a truck you can do that in.....

SO..... LETS... ...

Okay, I'll bite.

I'm 5' 8" tall (I tell people if they ask that I'm 4' 20") and weigh about 250 pounds. Used to lift weights when I was young so I just kind of developed the "NO NECK" look. It has stuck over the years.

Nothing to do with anything special. It's my name. Born of German and Polish stock and proud of it. I feel I do not need a catchy handle. If I belive in some thing discussed in these thread, I'll sign my name to it. The "f" stands for my first name- frank.

I just went with the default. Works for me. Luck you had Larry the cable guy to help you out. Any moles on that truck? ;)

Pretty simple. Went to Texas A&M, so AggieJustin just fits. It was either that, or the user ID I put on everything in college 'AgBusDrvr'.

Didn't want the default, because then no one would ever be able to remember how to spell my last name... Mersiovsky.

mine is a mix of the old dodge name "lil red express" (always wanted one of those) and the cummins name.

then there is the fact that there is nothing really "little" about this truck.

I was under the impression TDR wanted you to use your first initial and last name... so thats what I did. I would have rather used something else less personal and more descriptive of what I like versus what my name is. Oh well... it works.

You can get Robin (TDR Admin) to change it. ;)

When I first joined my G & S were lower case cause I goofed up, but Robin fixed it :-laf

User Name

I read the "other" link to a similar topic. Very interesting.

I use a CB handle from years ago. My parents were members of this 4X4 club. "Johnny Appleseed" A local club here in North Central Ohio. As a young'n I was impressed with all the trucks and found it cool that guys used a "handel" This was the early 70's era.

The name Greenleaf just spoke to me and has stuck in my mind all these years. Don't know the guys real name. I doubt my father would remember his real name. Still see some of the "guys" from the old club.

Lots of found childhood memories.

Just goes to show ya... ... investing in family activities has many rewards.

One more thing... . my Dad had an International Scout and a Jeep. Would love to have a Scout!! :) Tough truck, to say the least.

Scott 'er I mean Greenleaf ;)

Same here.

I thought TDR wanted first name initial, and full last name.

I was BOMBER_101 before we had to re-register. I wish I would have stuck with that one, but I think I have a reputation that will be altered if I change my handle.
