Which is worse, Nazism or Communism?

Solar Area Lighting, any good?

According to the Old Testament.

The Ark contained:

The tablets containing the 2nd copy of the 10 commandments.

(Moses broke the 1st copy after coming down the mountain and finding the Israelites worshiping idols)

A cup of mana ( the food that came from the sky while they were wandering in the desert)

The rod of Aaron (was used to part the Red Sea, provide water from a stone, among other miracles)

Has anyone heard this one?

"Christ's blood has only 24 chromosomes! There are 23 from his earthly human mother and only one "Y" chromosome from His heavenly Father! No other human blood like this has ever existed on the earth!"

"Normal human blood has a total of 46 chromosomes"

According to the O. T.

No one could touch it, not even the High Priest.

While being transported on an oxcart(not Kosher according to the rules), it shifted.

When a man touched it to steady it, he instantly died.

Never heard the story about the DNA.

Where'd they get the sample?

Man, THIS is draggin' up some old Sunday School memories. :)

When Jesus died on the cross, the Bible tell us that the veil in the temple was torn from the top to the bottom. It was at that point that His presence left the Most Holy Place which is where the Ark of the Covenent rested. Theologians and Scholars that I have visited with agree that the Ark when found may be touchable. My father has had conversation with a man that believed he had gotten very close to the Ark. Several things happened to him including a broken leg that made him leave that spot and never return.

I believe when God is ready for the Ark to once again be visable, it will be. IN HIS TIME... ... ... ... ... ... ... ...

Actually Christ died on an upright stake with no crossbar. The Greek word translated to cross is stau ros', proper translation would be upright pole or piece of paling. The Romans never used crossbars on their executional stakes.

I recall hearing that the holes were actually in his wrists because the flesh and bones of the hands is not strong enough to support the weight of a body. Also, that the romans normally provided a ledge for the prisoners to stand on to support their weight. this allowed the torture to last longer. However they did not provide the ledge for Jesus hence reinforcing the wrist theory.

If i rememeber correctly, i think it was 60 Minutes that did a special on the Ark and supposedly its in Africa (I think) and they it was in a temple guarded by a family that will kill anyone who goes near it. Does anyone remember the episode?

Last time I looked it was the original 10 Commandments, hold on a minute and I will run out in the garage and check the Ark again, never know someone might of gotten in there and stolen one of the Commandments.

I'm back, someone did break in and stole the Shall not steal Commandment. Don't worry Doc, I got a call into the insurance company. By the way, what do you think that Commandment is worth?

I read somewhere on the net that some believe that the Ark of the Covenant is stained with the blood of Christ and the chromosomes will prove it when it is revealed

Doc

Discovery did a special about the shroud and it seemed like they really had the real thing. How can you do a DNA test though when nobody knows any relatives?. I guess dating the blood would help to confirm it.
