Love the slide guitar so whoever Jerry Douglas is working with, Sonny Landreth, Lowell George, Duane Allman, Bonnie Raitt,on and on and on.

Lot's of old blues. Blues inspired 70's rock. Zydeco!!

I was gonna listen to some Hank Jr. , but I noticed crumbs on front of my CD player (my daughter has been playing in the truck I assume). It smells like peanut butter and looks like a Ritz cracker in the slot. I'm afraid that Hank will sound like he's eating peanutbutter while he sings "All my rowdy friends... "

Hell on second thought he sounds like that when he's live in concert anyway.

But seriously, anyone know what I should do short of taking it apart?

Metallica,,AC/DC,,Anthrax,,Megadeath,,Fastway,,Jackyll,,Van Halen(NOT VAN HAGAR),,Twisted Sister,,Poison and Kix(local Pa guys that rock),,And last but not least the two motorcity Madmen Ted Nugent(the original)and Kid Rock,,Think Ted said it best once at one of his 25 concerts I attended(yeh I am a huge Nuge fan), KEEP HER LOCKED,COCKED AND READY TO ROCK AND TO THOSE WHO DON'T **** ***,,Insert in his book say it all,,"Life begins at point A and ends at point B,Kick maximum a**",quote the Nuge,,Long live rock and roll, and the louder the better,so to those who do not like it loud,I'll send a Kid Rock salute to ya... .

George Strait box set. At the ready are Asleep at the Wheel, Bellamy Brothers, Texas Tornados and even some Willie Nelson, George Jones, Jim Reeves, Ray Price and Patsy Cline. There are some Tim McGraw and Garth Brooks CD's in there as well, not to mention Suzy Bogguss (what a voice!) and Common Thread - Songs of The Eagles.

Music

Well this is what is in my cd player now:

Metallica:D , Linkin Park, Nickelback, Creed, Stained, Limp, No Doubt, Garth Brooks, George Strait, Lila McCan:D :D , Aerosmith... . I'm probably going to get flamed for this one

Britney Spears;) I just can't help it. I just listen to her because she's such a hottie:)

Pretty much like everything except some of the hardcore gangster crap stuff. It just depends on what mood I'm in and that determines if I listen to country, rock, heavy metal or pop. :p

Speaking about Britney Spears, have you guys seen her new pictures in Rolling Stone Magazine?? I almost passed out when I seen those pictures:eek:  I must warn you that if you click on the link below I am not responsible for any reprocussions that may happen while looking at these pictures. ie. Wife throwing hot iron at head:D , wife smacking face, or in my case girlfriend slapping me across the backside of the head:(

Remind me to NEVER let you dirty 'ol men anywhere NEAR my daughter. She's more innocent and better looking, too.

Right now I think it's Pat Green. It varies greatly from day to day. Pretty much everything but (c)rap. Love Texas (or even better central Texas) country, ie. Pat Green, Gary P. Nunn, Jerry Jeff Walker, etc. Listen to a lot of rock too. Modern or classic rock, it does'nt make any difference.

CCahill

I almost p*ssed my pants when I read your post. I do agree that those pictures have that kind of effect:) Britney's such a little dolly but I don't think she's as innocent as she claims:D.

PowerWagon,

Would you let me near your daughter?? I'm a very respectable young man and I am probably within your daughters age range. So let me know what you think.

Nevr leave home without a good supply of RUSH.

Karl2500,

You maybe the only guy I know that has me ( and a few buddies ) beat. We have been to every tour since 2112 in '76. Some tours several shows. Never have kept count, but its a lot.

Got a 12 disk changer, with any thing from Metallica to George Jones. If ya' can cry in your beer or tap your foot to it (maybe even a little air guitar) then it's probobly in my case.
