2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission What's it weigh?

I weighed my truck today '02 2500 4wd, extended cab LB, HO, 6spd, Monster exhaust, Aero Tanks 60gal, otherwise, basically stock. With full fuel, 7960 lbs. (GVW 8800). Was this common for these trucks?

I believe my '01 weighed around 7600 with a 6 speed, 4x4, full fuel tank, camper shell, step bars, Pac Brake, and a few other goodies. It weighed 9500lbs with all my crap and 27' trailer. 15800lbs total. That's why I went to a 3500 dually.

Sounds good. I had 7700 or so, with me in it and 40lb of cat litter, rhino liner, reese rails but no hitch and what's in the sig.

When my truck was bonestock (and the bug deflector was the only accessory), it scaled 7k flat. 7650# now.
