That's right, you didn't know, did you? You had to open this thread and look. 
Now if I had said "What's the best exhaust brake?" or "Opinions on Amsoil 5W-30?" or something like that, then two things would happen:
1) You would have known what my question was, and could easily decide if you wanted to read this thread or not, and,
2) In the future, you'd be able to find this thread again by searching on titles only, instead of having to search all words in the post. (This makes searches much faster. )
This second is also important because if you search for the word "Amsoil" or "exhaust" anywhere in the post, you're going to get a bunch of hits that are of no interest to your immediate question.
Newbies and Old timers alike can help make the TDR more "user friendly" by choosing the titles for new threads carefully.
