I've got a first gen and I'm putting a 47rh in it. I am keeping the 205 with it also, which I already have it converted to mate to the 47. My next step is I have to build a transmission mount because the 47 is a bit longer than the 518 so using the stock mount is out of the question. I have the idea for the mount, the real QUESTION, what is the angle the engine should sit at?

i believe rule of thumb for most any powertrain is 2 degrees of angle. the engine/trans is tilted 2 degrees down and the rear axel is 2 degrees up. this makes every thing in line and keeps the ujoints from working too much. this is only rule of thumb though and might be different on these trucks i dont know.

The usual way to transplant the 47RH just moves the t-case mount on the cross member back with plate steel to accomodate the length. IIRC, thats pretty easy to do and mounts very close to the same position as stock.

As long as the fan stays in its position in the shroud and doesn't hit it is probbaly the only constraints you will need to worry about. The angle on the drive shafts should be good anywhere the fan will fit.
