From a friend that has a 2003 Dodge 1500 after I gave him a ride, "This doesn't stop pulling... my hemi sucks!"

Then his wife calls him on the cell and it was :-{}

I always love it when I come around a blind corner in town and KIDS give me the old pumping arm to try to get the SEMI to blow its air horns ... then they see ITs a normal truck and they quit ... . I want to get some big airs just to get them kids

Train horns are better. :D ;)

I went to pick up some tractor tires at Co-Op Monday morning. The gal there said she watched me pull up. She said "That is a manly truck". :D Then she gave me a smile and wink.

Not so much a complement but a good story non the less, Summer of 2003 I met a buddy of mine at a bar, he had just got a new Vette, we met a girl he worked with and her friends. One of here friends was in town from Texas. When we all were leaving to got to another bar my buddy says to the girl fom TX "hey ride with me I just got a new Vette" yes he was proud. When we got outside and I went to get in my truck she decided she would rather ride in my truck than the new Vette.

When I had my '01, I was sitting at light next to a woman in a foreign mini van, who was waiting for me to look at her. When I looked over at her, she waived her hand in front of her nose as if to say "that stinks". I laughed. Another great compliment is when you're sitting next to someone at a light who has their window down, then rolls it up. Those were the good ol' days.

I started a new job about 2 weeks ago. No one knew the Big Red Dodge was mine until we were coming back from lunch and the guy pulled in next to it. He piped off "That is one big truck, I wonder who's it is? I proudly stated. "Its mine".

Next day we all (5 of us) pilled into my truck. As I pull out of the parking lot the only girl with up pipes off "I feel like I am about to take off in this thing. This is pretty cool" I just sat, wallowing in my pride.

I met a guy at a donut shop with a new power joke. While we were talking his wife came out and said my Dodge was "not as ugly as their Ford"

This isnt a compliment but an experience I had just today. Had my buddy with me went to town to get pizza. On the way back I was horsing it a bit. I come to the light where I turn and it is green. Street is slightly wet & coast is clear. So I figure I will get it a little sideways. Well I ended up doing a 180 right in the middle of the intersection. At the point where I realized I wasnt going to save it I put my foot into it again and got it sideways going the same way I came from(So I Wouldnt Look like A Fool) Guy in Chevy that was behind me originally Gives me a big grin & thumbs up. It looked perfect like I had planned it.

A friend whom we hadn't seen a long time came by the house in a NEW black Ford 6. 0 4x4. His WIFE got it as a surprize Christmas present. He parked, got out and walked right to my Dodge and said OH WOW! You got one of THESE! Now his Ford was LOADED with a interior that looked like a leather office BUT he went all over my truck and when he raised the hood he said WOW again and looked at his wife and said Hon I could change oil in this!

Got a 12 yr old niece whose email is fordtrucklover, first time she saw my '03 3500 flame red she just lit up,

MAN, that is COOL !!

There's some great laughs in this post

I get lots of thumbs up and talking about my stacks from truck drivers. Some even roll there window down as a come by just to hear the sweet sound.

One day I was on the interstate headed home when I notice a little 4door sedan gaining on me in the left lane. before he gets next to me I see his passender window go down and then back up after he passes me

I have a friend that has a daugther who thought the Hemi was a god send, one ride in my CTD and now she think's "it's the Bomb!" I have a old 95 Ram 5. 9 Gasser for sale That I told her "this is where you start... ... After this... . CTD!" Her Dad is looking at the old Gasser for her 1st vehicle! Time will tell :)

took my step daughter out for a ride after installing my PG7, torque tube and removed my silencer ring, she just sat there, big smile on her face, "DANG this truck is awesome and louder then my dads. "

and when I have my son, every time I pick him up from daycare and he sees my truck in the parking lot, big smile on his face, "YEAH, you brought the truck. "

It's what the little ones say that mean the most.

When we first got the truck, took the wife's niece for a ride and talked her into trying driving it. At first she was hesitant, but about an hour and 20 minutes later we were almost out of fuel and she finally decided she had to get home ... wanted to drive it the next day, but we were leaving town... A lot different than her Camry
