Can you get a Mega Cab ST? Don't think I've ever seen one that wasn't at least an SLT or Laramie?

Believe it or not, I have yet to see an Inferno Red Mega cab w/a Cummins in it ANYWHERE on the road. I've seen ONE with a Hemi, but not a CTD.

Can't order 3500 Reg Cab Long Bed 4x4 with Cummins. I tried. My 2500 Cummins Reg Cab Long Bed 4x4 48RE Side Air Bags Molten Red 2006. 5, dealer said no one orders this combo.
