I tried 3 times last week to schedule an appointment to get my truck service. The only people to answer was their answering service. Telling me someone would call me right back. Never heard back from them. I guess they do not want or need my business.
So I'm looking for a place to service my truck. It's a 2015 Ram 3500 Cummings with Asian transmission. I live near Marysville, Wa. Does anyone know of a competent shop that knows how to work on these trucks? Tied of dealers. Thank you.

the management I know there wouldn't want that to happen, I suggest you give either their service manager a call or email....

Question #1: Routine or repair?

Question #2: Why not one of the two or three dealers within 10-15 miles?

If you are just talking about oil and filter service. You might call Northstate Auto Clinic in Marysville.

Couldn't even get to a manager. I'll give them this next week to return my call and I will also try an email. I was really impressed with their service in the past. Thanks for the reply

I had North State Auto clinic Change the oil and filters on my truck last fall. Took them 2 hours. Wasn't real confident they new how to service my truck.
Dealers I've had to many issues with them.
Thanks for the reply.

I hear the DS has been sold, but I don't know if that correct. I bought my Ram from them a little over a year ago and it was by far the easiest vehicle purchase ever.

I read that they were bought by a megadealer out of TX. When I bought my '15 the pricing was straightforward/quick/painless. When my buddy tried to get his 1500 there the price structure had definitely changed, and a local dealer blew them our of the water, and that excluded the shipping. I was surprised at the difference.

While I have no experience with their service dept but I did pick my truck up from them in mid December 2016. The process was easy and the pricing at least for me at that time was great compared to any one local. IIRC Snoking drove out to Colorado to pick up his new ride as the price was unbeatable here. However when I was looking late last year the locals didn't even come close even up against a hail damaged one which I wasn't interested in though the dealer for some reason thought I should be and did his best to get the price down so low. Dave Smith even beat that one by 2k sans the hail damage and they beat the others by over 3k. My local go to dealerships in the past who have beat DS in the past weren't even in the running this time around. My best local prices were from a couple dealerships that had always been highest in the past. Probably comes down to specific market conditions at the moment, always worth checking around.

To future explain this purchase, we sold our boat and the money paid for a new RAM. We did not have time to order a new truck before leaving for Arizona for the winter. So I was looking across most of the country for a truck that was optioned as close as possible to what we wanted.

John Elway in Greeley, Co happen to have three trucks that came very close. They were 2015's and we were in Sept 2015, and one was advertised on their web site at 11K+ off. So we bought it sight unseen, flew out and drove it 1450 miles home in 48 hours and had motel receipts for two nights. Monday at noon to Wednesday at noon. Great adventure and we learned a lot about the truck in those first two days. Like 3.42 gears and 80MPH at 1750 RPM was a cake walk for it!!

Same here in '06. The accessory department installed everything correctly and the sale was seamless.

Basically my experience too. In Feb 2017, I bought my 2017 Ram 3500 CC, 4WD there at Dave Smith and saved a ton....even $2k over my cousin's employee discount at our local dealership. Totally worth flying from SoCal and the beautiful 1,400 mile drive back. I'd do it all over again.
