It's obvious to me that Geno's just doesn't like you and they have singled you out to provide substandard service... I recommend you get your filters and parts from your local Dodge dealer. They will surely take care of you..... :D

Seems very weird to me cause I ordered fuel & oil filters from Geno's about 10 days ago and they were on my doorstep 2 days after I oredered them. Sounds like BS to me possibly. I have to agree with RJOL

Every shop has their 'Customer Service Failures' from time to time. It looks to me like Geno's has very few and handles them well. They deserve the benfit of a doubt and my repeat business.

I placed my second order to them for the 421 package of filters.

The first order was fine. On the second one, I received the wrong

fuel filter. Had to stop and drive 20 miles to get correct one. I sent an email to them about the problem. They responded back that the part # had changed. After a few more emails, I got them to understand, that the part wasn't going to fit my 99. The other night, I looked at my mail and they were sending me new filters along with return labels for the old ones. Other than the inconvience of having to go get another filter, I cain't complain about their service. They seem like they are willing to go out of their way to get your business. My 2 cents.

I've had great service, but am still waiting for my dash pod... . Back ordered... .

Rest of the stuff I get almost immediately

I'm patient... . so I'm still happy.....

Course had to make a cardboard pod..... I'm Not THAT patient!

:D

THerman. . They refered me to diesel injection service in tx. .

They had a 3 Guage dashpod in stock, $35 I think. I bought the other stuff from Geno's I was able to mount my 2 5/8" Boost guage in the right-hand position. . looks really cool.

It sits right at the front of the dash against the pillar. It uses some of the toughest velcro I've ever seen.

I'll post a link to a pic in a little while.

I'm the one that started the pot stirring on this one.

Up to this point I have only stated the facts.

Geno's sent me an e-mail this am and stated that they would like to see it posted in the forum that they credited my card right away.

As of 11pm last-night it was still on the card.

Untill I see it on my statement I will not believe it. It will take time I'm sure to see it on paper, but can I believe thier word after all that has happend?

It's your turn to wait geno's. :p

I have ordered from Geno's four times so far..... mostly filters. Orders always have been at my doorstep within 4 days. I am in Hawaii. BUT, I guess ALL businesses will have a few screw ups once in awhile. I have been self-employed since '84 and have messed up about 4 or 5 times in that period. I bend over backwards to correct the problem and those people are still my customers.

Maybe the problem is not Geno's its probably Westach's

remember Genos has to HAVE and inventory to sell. Most all of the guage manufacturers are back ordered around the holiday season. have you ever tried to get anything from Sumit or Jegs? Good luck.

Geno's Garage

I have been dealing with Geno's Garage since mid 1998. In all that time, with all the orders I have placed with them, I have NEVER experienced anything less than stellar customer service!

For instance, I placed an order for one of the new Turbo Tool Trays just after the last TDR was delivered to me... with a few stipulations/special requests. The first Turbo Tool Tray arrived with a small chip in the black powder coat... a subsequent call to Geno's Garage rectified this problem. Wendy personally inspected a replacement unit prior to shipment however, a small flaw was overlooked. He!!, it would have probably been overlooked by almost everyone... except me (the genuine pain-in-the-a$$ customer). After I noticed the flaw in the replacement unit I fired off an Email to Robin (as I had recently switched shifts at work and found I never had enough time to call them... or so I thought). I was told I might be best served if I dealt directly with the Turbo Tool Tray vendor, that way I could have exactly what I wanted. I felt so bad at being the sort of customer Geno's would probably just as soon shoot, I sent back both trays before she could send out the return postage or issue a UPS call tag. From then on I dealt with the Turbo Tool Tray vendor..... and eventually received what I was seeking, essentially cutting Geno's Garage out of the monetary loop. :(

What happened next absolutely floored me! While at the NW BOMBer dyno day event in Tacoma, I finally checked out GKR's underseat security storage drawer (which is sold by Geno's Garage)... so consequently, I placed an order with Robin first thing the following Monday morning! During my phone conversation with Robin I learned she had felt bad about our previous dealing (Turbo Tool Tray) and had already credited the entire amount back to my credit card (and this was subsequently verified... to all the non believers  ) several weeks beforehand! Keep in mind, my present Turbo Tool Tray was "paid for" through Geno's Garage even though I received the unit (currently in my possession) from the vendor (the vendor would receive subsequent payment from Geno's Garage). Ok, ok, maybe they made a few bucks in the deal but read on. So, in essence, in an effort to "make it right" Robin elected to eat the entire amount of the Turbo Tool Tray! I told her I couldn't let that stand but she seemed adamant about leaving it the way it was.

I can tell you one thing, I'm a Geno's Garage customer for life..... although, that's nothing new. Anyone who knows me already knew that was the case.

Robin, don't change a thing!

dealing with Genos since 1999, not one major problem and they've been very good with customer service. I've had two issues they quickly resolved and than they did something alittle extra each time to make things right.

Geno's is great!

I've been dealing with Geno's for about 2 years and I have not had any problems with them. There was a time when I needed to get a boost gauge (0-60 PSI Autometer), but it was out of stock. When I explained to Robin that I really needed this because I was getting ready to go on a 2,000 mile trip to Moab to go wheeling she got a hold of Autometer sales mgr in Chicago and had them drop ship the gauge to my house. That is service.

Nothing but positive things to say about Genos.

I've ordered from them twice and both times got the correct item quickly. I've also emailed them a few times for info on different products. They answered my questions honestly, even when the answer made me decide against the product. No problems here.
