Gone in sixty seconds "the original" is way better than the new version, aside from maybe the cheezy acting. The driving is way better, and actually "real" not computer generated. Just my . 02$

Good call on the other 2 movies though

Since we are doin best lines

Hoow bout "sister I'll shoot em for ya, but I ain't gonna burry em" Two mules for sister Sarah.

or "I rode with em, I got no complaints" Or "Mr. Chained blue lightnin himself" or

"See when you pull there teeth there harmless as a heal hound"

My favorite thoug has to be "All I have left is this piece of Hard Rock candy... . but it ain't for eaten, it's just for lookin through" The old indian in Josey wales had some of the best lines in the movie.

John Wayne would not last 10 seconds up against Josey! I had this argument with a guy in a bar one night. We ended up agreeing that Clint coulda taken out Robocop all by himself :-laf :-laf After quite a few Tequilla's... When in Mexico city do as the locals

and The barfight scene in "From Dusk Till Dawn" is right up there with the best

Hunt for Red October would be up toward the top on my list. Not into movies too much, see one once and that's enough. Don't watch them over and over. My wife watches all the old John Wayne movies and when she gets through them once, she starts again!

Bram Stroker's Dracula - by Francis Ford Coppola. Great movie, incredible cinematogrophy.

CrouchingTiger, Hidden Dragon. Another great movie, but you got to see it in subtitles (saw it both ways) for some reason you get a lot more out of it when you can read every little thing that is said (after about 10 minutes you forget you are reading).

Hoosiers - classic

Forrest Gump.

Braveheart

Gladiator

Star Wars

BHaner-good choices.

I must go with a movie that is about my favorite subject and brings to life the best news of all time-"Passion Of The Christ".

How about Steve Martin's only good movie, ever.

"WOW, first I get my name in the phone book, and now I'm on your ass. I'll bet more people see that than the phone book!!"

or

" I was born a poor black child"

THE JERK

They don't make movies like they used to, most of my favorites are old ones. The best TV mini series are, Lonsome Dove, Roots, and The Thorn Birds.

Favorite movies are, Legends of the Fall, Silverado, Road House, The Substitute, Quigley Down Under, The Man From Snowy River, Con Air, The Last of the Dog Men, Gunfighters Moon, Unforgiven. As you can see they are all old ones, nothing made this century.

A few that come to mind: (no particular order)

My Life as a House

Thomas Crown Affair

Body Heat

Finding Forester

I have really enjoyed The Wizard of Oz in the past, but with Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon it's REALLY cool. Check out the Dark Side of Oz site.

Only 1 mention of "Goodfella's" ? "Heat" was good too, but BobbyD is great no matta whut. Best of all time- "The Great Escape". Non-stop laughs-" Something about Mary". Clints best- "Kelly's Heroes". "American Graffiti", "Where Eagles Dare", "Jaws", "Animal House" and "Top Gun" are all on the "we will watch" list when on TV.
