Wheel adaptors

Does anyone know if a wheel adaptor is available that will allow me to use 2013 Ram wheels on an equipment trailer? The Ram wheels are a metric bolt pattern, and the equipment trailer is the standard 8 lug trailer wheel pattern. The Ram wheels are also 8 lug pattern. I'd love to out these great looking wheels on my trailer.

The Dodge wheels have too much offset and will hit the frame/springs way before the hub face.

The adapters, depending on their thickness will eliminate that.

Adapters / Doug 877-823-2787 will fab you what you need, about $50 a wheel. Just had 5 made for my 2005 Jeep Rubicon, to accept 2011 Jeep machine finished wheels, $228.10 delivered. My adapters were 1 1/4" inch thick, which made up the difference in offset from 7" on the 2005 wheel to 5 1/2" on the 2011 wheel, nice fit.
