Well I finally got the darn things out. I rented a big bearing puller from the auto parts store which is free when you return it.
It was the same puller pictured in the thread Front Hub Puller. It only had 3 legs instead of 4 with the center ring but got the job done. I thought I was going to break the thing on the right hub but constant turning and 3 lb hammer did the trick. By far the worst repair job I ever attempted due to rust. Truck drives very smooth again.
