Yes, get an alignment check so you know for sure what is going on. If you can document the BJ's are good and the alignment is still off Dodge owes you a new front axle. It is not unheard of they come from the factory misaligned on the C's. You have 2 choices, new axle or offset BJ to correct it.

I suppose the dealer will need to verify the ball joints though, but can I take something from getting the place where I get the alignment checked to the dealer and that be good enough to verify the alignment
 
The alignment shop should give you a print out of the alignement numbers. Camber I thinl is +\- .3 degrees, if camber is outside that there is a problem.

Well I had the alignment checked and everything was within spec except they said the caster was off a little but that it wouldn't affect tire wear. So I don't know, I guess all I can do is keep the tires rotated and drive it.
 
I stand corrected regarding the current RAM which is what we are talking about. I was referring (which was incorrect) to the old style axles where you could repack the bearings and set the spindle nut torque. I suspect the new style simply bolts on and is pre-torqued from the factory?
