I replaced mine at 125K. I was told by the Dodge tech. that 85K-100K is average. It was not a hard job. Just hit everything with penitrating oil the nite before. If you pull the axels be carefull not to damage the seals. You should not have to pull them but they may want to come out when you remove the knuckles and axel nuts. My passenger side slid out about 6"-8".
Also becarefull not to damage the lug studs $12. 00-$15. 00 a piece.
