wheel question

Just found a great deal on some new weld wheels from a friend. The only draw back is the they are off a 2003 chevy 2500 hd. Does anyone know if these wheels will fit on a 2003 ram 2500 4x4. The price is so good I cant pass them up? Is the bolt hole circle the same. I have seen guys modify hummer rims by machining the center bore? Please help deal wont last????

Yes they will work. BUT they must be 17" wheel or bigger.
