Hey Guys.

Question: For a first gen W250 (3/4 ton 4X4), what is the diameter of the wheel studs.

The service manual gives torque values for 5/8" and 1/2" coned nuts.

THANKS

I have never ever heard of two different sized studs on the same truck. I dont think you could use the same set of rims or be able to rotate tires. Someone must have changed an axle out?

they make different lug nuts for the same lug stud size. So usually the socket size is widely different between lug nuts, especially aftermaket alum rims lug nuts.

5/8 lugs for me, I read somewhere 275-325 ftlbs for mine. WOW!
