I have a few missing. I am looking at other plastic fasteners, because I'm not a fan of the permanent [but super-secure] DC plastic rivets [1/4" FENDER LINER NYLON RIVET CHRYSLER 6508444-AA]. Not interested in zip ties nor nuts & bolts [can't readily access those under the battery trays]. I'll do the 'Christmas-tree' push-in plastic fastener if I have to. Don't like them because they get mangled on removal.

I'm thinking something along the lines of these:
Does anybody have experience with these?

Yeah I use those all the time. Typically just need to match up the grip length, and diameter.

I have left inner liners out for a bit, since they were such a pain to get out.

I'm not sure on the ones near the batt trays if those will protrude too far, but worth a shot. You will find out for sure.

You could always go big and put some Zeus fittings in. Much more work then needed.

I saw a segment on Gearz where they removed the pin and used a sheet metal screw with the head painted black into the rivet shell so they could be installed/removed as needed. Something to think about anyway.

That is what I do. I don't bother to paint the heads of the screws black though.

If you decide to use the plastic ones shown, use the bottom one, the Phillips always strips out when trying to remove. They are readily available on ebay by the bagful. I keep several spares to keep the plastics on the atv in place. bg

When working on my upper control arm, I found it easier to remove the wheel well liner. I punched out the center portion of the original rivets, & the rivets came out readily.
Upon reinstalling the ww liner, I found it impractical to reuse the backside portion of the original rivets. The nylon was either too soft or too mangled. Went to the local hardware store and purchased some 1/4" sheet metal screws. <-- Didn't Fit. None of them. They just slipped into the holes.
They didn't have 5/16" sheet metal screws, so I decided to go metric. 7mm machine screws. <-- Don't fit quite right. Thread too fine. One extra twist (no ratchet - just fingers on the socket) and they'd come loose.
There aren't any 7mm sheet metal screws (I think they would've worked perfectly).

Solution: Fender Liner Fastener Rivet Push Clips Retainer
These work perfectly, and for under 8$ I now have some spares [10 per wheel well required]. Time will tell how well they stand up, but for now they get two thumbs up from me.
Head: 2/3" Stem: 1/2" Hole: 1/4"

(I initially went to the clipsandfasteners website, but they wanted 14$ in shipping.)
