Does anyone know if the '98 and '99 dually wheels are the same? I'm tired of losing the SS covers and paying DC's outlandish prices for replacements. Summit has a very nice looking complete set for an attractive price but it says they are for '85 to '98 duallies.

The wheels are the same from 94 to 99, then they changed them to a slightly different offset and color in 2000.
