Anyone else put on the Wheelskins on that Geno’s sells? I am happy with the way that it feels but not thrilled with the gaping at the spokes.

I hesitate to ask if there are any tricks because I’m not sure I want to do that again...but, are there any tricks?

That last and firsts stitch right before and right after . where you jumped out. if you would have done one more it would have pulled more material , and you should lose the gap. i have a 01 and wifey has 03 . I"ve done both no gaps

Thanks guys...thought it might be something like that. Well, I might try it again one day when I’m feeling lucky!

I have the Wheelskins on both my trucks. Other than making sure that the stitching is starting/ending correctly, give it a few weeks of use. Mine both started with a pucker but over time they closed up nicely. Wheelskins is very helpful and I am sure that they will mail you some new thread if you need to re-stitch your cover.

Thanks! I'm definitely going to live with it a bit before cutting it off and starting over. I contacted Wheelskins about the thread - thanks for that tip!
