Doug. . I can't believe you asked that question? Its in May 7-10, 2003 in Las Vegas. . The event will be held at Arizona Charlie's-East ( host hotel/ RV park) and other local venues. If you register before Feb. 15, 2003 the cost will be $65. 00. After that the price goes from $70-75 depending on when you register.

More info on latest TDR MAG. NOV/DEC/JAN page 118

I think that information deserves at least you paying for my ticket??? :D :D :D

Drag Races?

I figure I'll be horsepower playing at Silver State Motorsports. Silver State is at the track north of town.

Today I was told that Diesel Dynamics is not going to be a part of MM this year  I thought is was a good photo opp for them.

Oh well. I will be content just racing Steve Covalt up an down the access roadsOo. Oo.

Drag racing down the strip!!!!

Nowel... . Heck with the access roads!!! If I'm going to get a ticket, let's do it in style and drag the strip. . :D :D

We'll just have to know how to get on the Freeway (excape routes) and lay down a lot of smoke.

Side note, You said DD is not going to be part of May Madness??? Does that mean no Dyno?

Steve

Doug, I have some top secret mods to implement which will make your intake very important. Anything you've been working on would be of interest to me. Like I was mentioning in a call a while back, you able to do a lift off hood/fenders/front end?

Steve, you guys may want to dyno at Silver State if DD isn't going to be opening up for the event. Keith was givimg me a very negative perspective of DD's interest in MM. I never did get in there last year since I was working on Richard's engine at the track. Oh well:)

Steve, be sure and bring the Jonesmobile down for a thrashing at the hands of the "Red Rocket":D I know I can take Bart and the rest of those thin air boys up there:p :p I just hope Richard gets his trans before then:eek:

We'll be there, you know our trucks run better lower down... As far as the thrashing goes, I'm used to it . :D

Its keeping you on your toes I enjoy the most. Us air heads may not be the fastest, but we don't trailer either. " We go to show, not to tow".

Steve

P. S. Maddog is still one of us, even if he can breath a little better.

Yeah, HVAC aka SOTW, I remember you and SOTN hanging out at Silver State last year when we were hoping you would come to DD and dyno with us :D We were so disappointed that we didn't get a chance to see if you two scourges could "whoop" it on everyone. :(

Well, ya cain't hide no more

One dyno, one time, everyone line up. If you don't show, it is obvious you don't have any horsepower :-{} Can't say the dyno operator has any interest in the results. . . unless a Ford wins  [Mike Arnett, owner, is a Drof junkie :{ ]

May Madness Dyno Days will be at Silver State Motorsports May 8-9, 2003. We'uns will be up there to play horsepower right along with you, and keep you honest ;)

"Yeah, baby!"

Oo.

May Madness

Ben Stair, you need to shed yourself of non-essential time expenditures starting with work!:D Once you rid yourself of these inconsequential burdens upon your schedule, you will see that getting to diesel events is no problemo:cool:

Seriously, a convoy is going to be coming from as far away as Houston. You could jump in behind them boys and rattle on the CB all the way to "Sin City".

May Madness

Evan, hope so. Haven't heard much from the lil guy lately:confused:

Hey everyone, just talked to the folks at the track (LVMS). They have a regularly scheduled T&T for Friday the 9th. This could be a perfect time to get some of the fast trucks to the track to do some demo on the soup can Hondas:rolleyes: It's like $15. 00 for racing from 5:30 to 9:30. At that time they are having their "Midnight Mahem" which is $10. 00 to race from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM. This should be awesome since the track is very nice, the price is right, and we will dominate with a plethora of steroid diesels. The weather should be tolerable that time of night for good dieseling. I'm sure that Diesel Dynamics will be ready to defend their sub 12 second time so that will be fun. Then Joe Dononnelllly will be there to show us what all his horsepower can do when applied in real life (at the track in this case).

What say, you guys in for some 1/4 mile show me whatcha got???Oo. Oo.

How about for '04? I know it's a long way off, but the wife keeps harassing me to find out where it's going to be in '04. Be nice now, in your replies. :-laf
