When is the dyno event in Fort Collins?

Now, when would work for everyone??? I know last year we hit hunting season for quite a few... ... .

I hate to do it too early though, because then it hits lake season (which ends for us the day before waterfowl season opens).

Charity idea

Here's an idea to put the proceeds from the dyno run towards.



Ok-its not really a charity but how about one of the programs that lets us send snacks, necessities, and other thoughtful items as well as our encouragement to our troops overseas? Especially as the holiday season is approaching and they might not be able to return and spend them with their families. I don't have a way to contact anyone, so if this is a good idea that everybody likes, then maybe someone with military connections can speak up about how to get in touch with a program to send gifts overseas.



My 3 1/4 cents worth.

Should we start asking about the event for next spring now?

Ok heres what we're thinkg of doing.

I've talked to a bunch of people and I just don't think that theres enough interest to make it worth planning a big event. Plus if you want to do a charity thing that takes alot of time to setup. More time than we have.

So, what we plan on doing is just a smallish sorta non-offical dyno day at GAM some Saturday and Laser Bob will run the dyno and those that are really interested can come hang out and have fun, dyno their pickups.

Havn't set a date yet but probably in the next 2-3 weeks is what I'm thinking.



Let me know if I'm wrong and theres more than like 15-20 of you wanting to do this. Seems to me like thats about all that are really interested. We've had a busy summer with Truckfest and Weekend on the Edge.



We are talking about making the spring event alot bigger and stuff... . not really sure yet but I'm open for suggestions.
