Changing the oil filter.

Well that depends on what service schedule you choose considering you have a 03 up, (A or B). The (B) is what the majority (severe duty) is going to use, At this interval DC is saying 7500 miles for oil and filter change. At (A) interval it's 15,000 miles. I myself fall under the (B) schedule an choose to change mine at 5000 mile (oil&filter) (fuel filter at 10K). Some will even choose 3000 mile changes. It's your truck so choose what's best for you or what makes you feel what's best for you.

Alot of things fall into play on this subject, or who you talk to personaly I change my mine every 5000 miles with delvac 1300 and two quarts of Lucas,along with a good check of driveline, if ive been doing alot of driving every 3000 if if had alot of idle time, Fuel filter I drain often and change every 10,000, along with checking all other fluids
