When will the Dodges get Tire monitoring stuff?

Saw this on Diesel Place - Duramax Diesel Discussion Forums



I know Uncle Sam is mandating the tire pressure monitors, so when will we get them? Apparently the General already has them.

Got my email yesterday all red flagged for running 40psi in the rear tire empty - Hello I do NOT need 80psi to support 1,500 pounds per rear tire empty.

2008 trucks have them. That is why they have the high/low load button and light on the dash.

Dodge only has it on the 2008 1500 and 2500. The 3500 doesn't have it unless you get the Laramie I think. I know the SLT does not have it. I was happy because I run different tire pressures empty than loaded to help with tire wear. My door sticker still shows both the normal and light load tire pressures though.
