ya know PW, my wife and I went through the same thing a few years ago. but it was my wife that was going to school. She went for 2 degrees, maintained a 4. 0, plus was doing taxes and taking care of the kids while I was at work. I know exactly what it is like time wise and money wise and most of all, family wise. there are a lot of good people here and I hope to meet some of them. and i hope to meet you too someday.

so, good luck in your schooling and family and i really do hope you get that truck. you of all people deserve it.

Since the last truck fell apart (well, it would have), the idea is now to try to find a different one. So far, I have found few really good deals. I'm still looking. Later this week, I'm going to be dealing more with the bank (the wife will be home, and she's the one who has to get a commitment from the bank... she's the one with the job), to see what kind of commitment I can get from them, if any. I'm also still looking.



Thanks again, guys... just don't get too anxious... I've been waiting since 1988 when I drove the first one in the valley... A little more won't kill me.

If you don't want to take a hand out from here, I can see that, keep track of everyone that sends you cash and pick as many people a month you can send it back to until you pay it off. Not a hand out just a small loan. You could pat it off in 120 dollar a month payments in less than 36 months.

It sounds like the truck fell through. I think we should still gather up the money ahead of time. I am still willing to collect and document the funds. Any checks mailed to me in His name I will put into my gun safe and send with the money order to him.
