??? Where can I find a Truck to buy???

I am looking for a website classifieds for tucks that already have mods. that are for sale. I want to buy a truck that is ready to go. Ex. Chip, Injectors, DDT trans. , 4 in. exhaust, ect. I thought there used to be a classifieds on this site but have been unable to find them. Any help is appreciated.
