Where can I get a factory Sirius antenna and wiring?

I guess I bought the only 2006 truck in existence that didn't come with Sirius Satellite radio. I am wandering if you can buy this from Dodge? I don't wnat the aftermarket stuff that mounts on the dash. I'd like for it to work with my factory radio.

Yes, you can get it all from Dodge. The Sirius receiver just plugs into the factory radio.



The antenna would be the only thing that would require some work routing the wire, and then drilling a hole in the roof.



Or, you could try just mounting the antenna on the dash where it meets the windshield and decide if the reception is good enough.

I added the factory stuff to my 05. Scary drilling a big hole in a new truck, but it all went okay. It's kind of a bummer that you have to pay for the kit and then for the subscription, when if you had gotten with the truck it would have been cheaper AND come with one free year!



I've done a couple of Mopar add-ons on my truck and Jeep and find the directions to be good and they include all fasteners and everything you need.

Ok, I have everything except the harness that goes from the radio to the black box, the one with a grey plug at the radio end and a black plug at the sirius box end. Looks like that harness goes through the factory amp wiring and the main harness behind the dash. I am wandering if you can clip the wires at each plug and rewire everything to work. The deal is, I have two trucks here. One with sirius and one without. I want to switch the sirius over to the other one. I have everything but that one harness out(radio, sirius black box, wire from box to antenna, antenna). I would also like to switch the steering wheels, one has radio controls and the other doesn't. Is that possible? I know you guys think I'm nuts at this point. But I have two 2006 trucks here and the one we drive on trips doesn't have this stuff and the one we work out of does. Just my luck I guess.
