I didn't catch that yours was a 12 valve. I don't know if a 24 valve would fit but I suspect it will not since the add says 98 to 03. You might check with LUK and see what they offer. They have a very good solid flywheel / clutch kit to replace the "dual mass" flywheel in the P/S Ford.

You also might check with Blumenthal's in Oklahoma City. They have a lot of experience in this area.

I think the 5 speed in the early 24 valve is the same as your 12 valve both are 12"ers I think , not sure. .

however "What do you mean, what am I doing with a stocker? If there was an aftermarket one out there, don't you think I would be running it?". . the reason I ask is if you were hot rodding or pulling this clutch would not work is why I asked. . remember you ask for help, I was just offering an out for ya. .

I know, not tryin' to be a smart a$$ or anything. Thanks for the advice. :)

I am not a competition puller of any kind like BBD or someone, but I like to do them when they are local like the one coming up. I just want a new FW cuz mine has about 150,000 miles on it and it's seen 3 clutches with a re-surface job everytime. The material thickness is very low and I'll probably end up just getting the whole thing done at one time. 13" FW and SBC clutch combo w/ the 1 3/8" NV4500 input shaft as well. Then I shouldn't ever have to worry about anything for a while. :D
