where can I get an RPM signal for the dyno?

I'd like to dyno my truck again after my pump tweak and straight pipe work. Last time, I had to use the hp figures and do the math to get torque figures.
BTW... it's a '92 D250 Club Cab.
 
There is a RPM sensor on the engine, that works with the vibration dampener, it's locted on the front of the engine just above the dampener. The sensor is wired to a flat 4 pin connector under the dash, mine was taped to the fuse block, this was for the optinal Tach. Don't know what sort of signal that it produces, but would think that it should produce one or two pulses per revolution. Should be able to find some sort of digital counter or toalizer that would work with the existing sensor. I have read that Isspro has a Tach available that will work with the existing sensor and wiring, this may be the way to go.
