need to tap my pump wire an wondering where to get posi taps? what color or size do i need?looked at pepboys an lowes they dont have them. thanks

also which wire on the pump do i tap?

Geno's has them but they sell them in a 40 piece package. I believe I've seen them hanging with the electrical stuff at Wall-Mart.

are you serious when asking which wire to tap ??

you've had that drag comp for a while ,,haven't you ?

is this the answer you found for your truck being low on hp? the wire wasn't tapped ?

edge site has install instructions to show you which wire.

I soldered mine and my ecm Died ... . NOT SAYING THERE CONNECTED IN ANYWAY



During Rebuild I Was Able to get All the Solder off I think I went over board ...

I got a bunch you can come getem. Walmart has them.



Before you do it though I saw there is a special tap sold by TST. It's specially designed to puncture the wire so indescretely you can't detect it once removed. I saw it at Indy05. It's $20

yes i did have a pump cover but it sucks it looks like the wire isnt getting tapped. even when the screw is all the way down. i hadfound the positaps at walmart today. i didnt remember what wire gets tapped since it had the blue chip cover. don i hope that is my hp problems will tap it tomorrow will let ya know.
